Business development professional Eric Ouhrabka serves as a realtor at 36d5 Realty in Rhode Island. In this capacity, he works with both buyers and sellers and has responsibility for everything from determining the price of a home to showing a house and signing the contracts. Eric Ouhrabka also assists with the appraisal, negotiation, inspection, and closing processes associated with buying and selling a home.
Prior to this position, Mr. Ouhrabka held varying leadership roles. At National Chain Group, he worked as a sales representative and was in charge of maintaining existing client relationships through high-quality customer service skills. He was also the president and CEO of Starlight Limousine and Transportation for over 10 years and served as plant manager for Providence Chain Company. By serving in these roles, Eric Ouhrabka gained experience with such tasks as overseeing over a 100 employees, managing department leads, and handling financial records.
Mr. Ouhrabka prepared for his career by attending the University of Rhode Island. He received a bachelor’s in business management from the institution and was part of the university’s Semester at Sea Program. Following his formal education, he continued his education by obtaining several licenses, including a Rhode Island realtor’s license, and joining such professional organizations as the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce.
